"Friendly staff, clean rooms & convenient location."

"Although the room itself was nice and clean the walkways to the rooms were dirty at least the walkway outside from the main building to our room was dirty, and there were a few cigarette butts along the way. Make sure you read the fine print about your room amenities, the room we booked originally didn’t even have a fridge. Staying 2 nights we wanted a room with a fridge so we had to upgrade for $40 more per night and it was totally worth it! The room had 2 floors, upstairs was the sitting area with a couch the pulls out, kitchen table and 4 chairs, sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, plates, forks, knives, cutting board, dish towels and dish soap etc. downstairs was the bathroom and 2 beds. Overall we were impressed and would definitely come back. "

"This was the first time I stayed in Banff and I'll definitely be staying at this lodge again. We stayed during their big skijoring weekend, and they made it such an enjoyable weekend. They texted us in advance with information about parking reservations, they let us check in early, and we got free breakfast. Honestly, they exceeded expectations. Thanks so much for everything and we look forward to staying there in the future."
